Improve Your Online Presence
Towcester Racecourse is known for their National Hunt race meetings, and in 2014 they built their state of the art greyhound racing track. Towcester’s main aim was to generate more customers that are interested in not just greyhound or horse racing. They also believed they needed an update on their overall image.
It was proposed to create a new website to enhance their image. Towcester wanted the website to look chic and classy to attract new customers. They also needed it to be edited in house. It was our job to design something that was stylish and elegant, while including all the information about racing in an easy to understand way.
Social Media Management
Before we began producing the website, we took control of their social media marketing. We took control of their Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Google+ and Pinterest accounts. We used Hootsuite to schedule posts onto each of these profiles making sure Towcester was constantly in touch with their customers.
Towcester Racecourse are now able to post daily on each of their social media profiles to keep up their online presence.
In January, we were told that the website had to be live by the end of the month. This deadline was troublesome, and we had to work at high speed.
Towcester Racecourse employees have full access to the back end of the website so they can make whatever edits they need. This enables them to be in control of the website and make changes immediately without having to rely on us to change it for them.
After the website went live we continued to develop and maintain it by adding animation to the home page sliders, developing the design and improving the overall user experience.
